Performance evaluations had previously been measured by orders and deliveries respectively, which had the potential to lead to conflict when customers put down early orders but wanted their cars delivered the following month, the report said. The news comes after the Chinese electric vehicle maker announced on April 3 a reorganization to sharpen its focus on product development and a failed launch of its first all-electric model, the Mega, in March.
