Amazon's local services could Asian Dramas Archivesbe coming to Singapore soon, according to a new report.

The tech giant is "covertly acquiring assets" ahead of a Southeast Asia launch, TechCrunch reported. TechCrunch cited "two sources close to the company." Amazon declined to comment to TechCrunch and did not immediately respond to a request for comment from Mashable.

Amazon's addition of Prime and Amazon Fresh, a grocery delivery service, to Singapore would be the first expansion of those services to Southeast Asia.
