WM Motor denied the report on Tuesday in a statement posted on the Chinese Twitter-like social media platform Weibo, saying its founder is currently dealing with overseas matters and a court in Shanghai is reviewing a pre-restructuring process filed by the company. The troubled EV maker added that it has set up a dedicated team and resolved a number of technical issues of its in-car system as reported by multiple car owners last week.
